2、What is urinary incontinence

产后尿失禁是由于分娩时，胎儿使盆底韧带及肌肉过度的扩张，导致支持膀胱底及上尿道的组织松弛所致。

有数据表明，中国成年女性尿失禁比例高达30.9%，女性因年龄、肥胖与分娩等因素均可导致尿失禁。

女性经常会在咳嗽、打喷嚏、大笑时，或者在爬楼梯、提拎重物时出现漏尿的情况。有些女性还会出现尿频、尿急、夜尿增多的现象。


3、如何应对尿失禁

宝妈妈如果出现尿失禁的症状，首先要进行客观评估，去医院做专业的盆底筛查。

根据盆底筛查结果，对于评估情况尚可的宝妈，可选择在家进行凯格尔（Kegel）训练以改善漏尿的症状。


对于筛查结果相对严重的宝妈们，可选择来台湾传统软手法做专业的产后恢复，做专业的盆底肌康复训练。只需3个月，每周3小时，你的盆底肌就有希望恢复少女状态哦。
