Many people do not know why the old lumbago, cervical pain, headache, facial numbness on both sides, hands and feet numbness, backache and back pain all over the body uncomfortable, the hospital can not solve the problem, in fact, many are caused by spinal curvature, whether it is 7 cervical vertebrae 12 thoracic vertebrae or 5 lumbar vertebrae, or sacrum, coccyx! Which section bends will cause the conduction nerve of the corresponding viscera to be insensitive and degenerate, while the five viscera and the six viscera are mutually reinforcing, one hundred links and one hundred blockages, back dredging, everyone needs to do! Regulating illness without adjusting vertebra, a lot of illnesses!
Cervical spine is divided into seven segments, each bad segment will produce different diseases!
Each cervical spine consists of two parts, the vertebral body and the arch. The vertebral body is an elliptic columnar body, connected with the vertebral body is the vertebral arch, the two together form the vertebral foramen. All the foramens are connected to form the spinal canal, and the spinal cord is contained therein.

Atlas is the first cervical vertebra, because it is like a "ring", so it is called Huan vertebra, which is directly connected with the occipital bone, without vertebral body and spinous process, and consists of anterior and posterior arch and lateral mass. The anterior arch is relatively short, and the posterior (medial) mid-facial joint and the odontoid process of the second cervical spine constitute the atlanto-odontoid joint; the anterior mid-facial tubercle is the attachment of the bilateral long cervical muscles. The posterior arch is long, and there is a nodule without spinous process behind it. Thereafter, the nodule protrudes upward and backward, which is the attachment of the rectus capitis minor muscle on both sides.

The first cervical segment: mainly related to head, ear, nose, larynx, face, etc.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from headache, insomnia, visual impairment, memory loss, vertigo, hypertension and facial paralysis.

The axis is the second cervical vertebra. It is similar to the general cervical spine, but the odontoid process above the vertebral body is called the odontoid process, which can be regarded as the vertebral body of the atlas. The posterior part of the odontoid process has transverse Atlas ligament, but the ligament is smaller; there is a joint surface in front of the odontoid process and the anterior arch of the atlas constitutes the atlanto-odontoid joint.
Second cervical segment: mainly related to ear, nose, larynx, tongue, vocal cord, mouth, etc.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from dizziness, migraine, tinnitus, chest tightness, tonsillitis, mumps, sinusitis, allergy, aphonia and other diseases.

The inferior articular fovea of atlas and the superior articular process of axis constitute the articular process.

3~6-Typical cervical vertebrae

The third to sixth cervical spine is our typical cervical spine. Characteristics: Vertebral body is small, left and right diameter is wider than anterior and posterior diameter. The front and back are flat and equal in depth; the former is slightly lower than the latter, and its lower edge extends downward, overlapping with the anterior and upper part of the next vertebral body. Upper lateral depression with edge protruding to one side. The lower part is concave from front to back, convex from one end to the other, with a lateral shallow concave connecting with the next vertebral body. The pedicle is obliquely posterior and attaches to the vertebral body halfway between the upper and lower margins. Therefore, the vertebral notch of the upper vertebra is as deep as that of the lower vertebral body, but more narrow. The pedicle plate narrowed from top to bottom; the foramen was large and triangular. Spinous processes are short and bifurcated, with branches usually of varying lengths.
The transverse foramen of the upper six cervical spines provides access to the vertebral artery, vein and sympathetic nerve. Each protuberance is divided into anterior and posterior parts, and two parts are connected by a bone block. Above the bone block, there is a deep groove that serves as a channel for the spinal nerve.

The third cervical segment is mainly related to pharynx, cheek, shoulder and diaphragm.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from pharyngitis, foreign body sensation in pharynx and throat, toothache, neck and shoulder pain, dyspnea, hyperthyroidism, etc.
The fourth cervical segment: mainly related to cervical muscles, pharynx, arms and so on.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from shoulder pain, toothache, trigeminal neuralgia, hyperthyroidism, chest tightness, hiccup (hiccup) and other diseases.

Fifth cervical segment: mainly related to elbow, esophagus, trachea, diaphragm, heart and so on.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from tracheitis, laryngopharyngitis, asthma, arm ache, tachycardia or bradycardia.
Sixth cervical segment: mainly related to thyroid, esophagus, trachea, heart, lung, upper limbs and so on.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from upper arm or wrist pain, thyroiditis, hypotension, arrhythmia, 50 shoulders, thumb ache and numbness.

Lumbar augmentation is the seventh cervical vertebra. Except for its long spinous process extending to the rear, the rest of the structure is the same as that of the normal cervical spine. Because of its long spinous process, non-bifurcated end and nodular shape, protuberance in the subcutaneous, known as the augmentation vertebra, it rotates with the rotation of the neck, is clinically used as a sign to identify the number of vertebral bones. When we look down, we can see and touch the highest protuberance of the neck, which is the seventh cervical vertebra, which is the physiological characteristics of the seventh cervical vertebra. We often say that Qingre Yao Point "Dazhui" is in the depression of the 7th cervical spinous process.

Seventh cervical segment: mainly related to thyroid, esophagus, trachea, cardiopulmonary, brachial muscle, etc.
If dislocation occurs, it is easy to suffer from thyroiditis, hypotension, arrhythmia, lateral arm, middle finger, brachial muscle, ring finger pain and other diseases.
Cervical spondylosis is graded 10. What grade are you in?
Level 1: Neck soreness and stiffness. (It is recommended to look up at the ceiling and see if there is any feeling behind the neck.)
Level 2: Neck, shoulder, back pain, stiffness
Level 3: Regular sleeping pillow (pillow is a mild cervical spondylosis)
Level 4: Poor arms, pain, numbness (from this level to the hospital)
Level 5: Walking with a flutter and running with a deviation
Level 6: Writing begins to change (surgery may be needed from this level)
Level 7: Start eating with spoon, dare not use chopsticks
Level 8: Walking like stepping on cotton, one foot deep and one foot shallow
Grade 9: Implication of urine, stool and sexual function (the effect of surgery from this level is not good)
Level 10: You can't get out of bed (there's a high risk of surgery starting at this level).
How should we adjust it?
1. More Activities
Every day, friends who are accompanied by computers need to get up and move their necks while using computers. But don't do 360 degree circular motion. Just make 90 degree left turn and 90 degree right turn to ensure that the ligaments on both sides of our neck can be balanced pulled in a short time to improve the local blood supply. And remember to move slowly.
2. Don't let your neck catch cold
Especially don't let the cervical spine blow cold air. After the cervical spine is cooled, the cold and wet air can easily enter the body, and aggravate the calcification of the cervical ligaments.
3. Stop carbonated drinks
Reduce the intake of all carbonated beverages, including cola, because the process of boiling frogs in warm water is gradual, so it is difficult to be taken seriously.
4. Opening channels and collaterals
This is the most important point. If your neck is uncomfortable, the easiest way is to write rice on your chin once a day, or put Houxi Point beside the table to ensure blood circulation in the cervical spine, so that your cervical spine feels warm, not cold water.
